Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Meridian Facilities Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
