Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Seattle, WA)

Bright Field Manufacturing makes precision components in Seattle, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
