Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Union Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
