Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Ivory Foods is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Track performance measures for ingredient orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
