Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Juniper Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
