Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ember Water Authority and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
