Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Cedar Ashton Energy is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
