Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Highbridge Corner Construction is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
