Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Juniper Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
