Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track performance measures for collection routes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
