Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
