Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Amberfield Oak Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Jackson design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
