Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Greenridge Birch Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Spokane. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for accessibility audits and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
