Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Fernwood Rowan Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
