Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Silverline Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Knoxville. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
