Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Bright Rook Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Seattle plant. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for machine downtime and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
