Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lakeside Energy and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
