Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Willow Construction and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
