Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Westbrook Maple Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 741 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production lines.
