Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Bluepeak Quill Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
