Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Northwind Loom Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
