Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Farms and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
