Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Summit Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Denver with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
