Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Bluepeak Summit Construction Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
