Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Boise region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
