Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Amberfield Maple Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
