Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Stonegate Hollow Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Boise with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
