Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Clearpath Quarry Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Seattle, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for loads and lanes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
