Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Cedar Stone Farms is an agricultural business based around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
