Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Amberfield Juniper Facilities Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
