Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Forge Transit Planning Partners and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
