Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Juniper Foods and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
