Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pine Construction and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
