Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Rivermark Ember Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Track performance measures for scrap and rework and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
