Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Lumen Bright Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Tucson region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
