Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
