Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rook Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for scrap and rework and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
