Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Thistle Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
