Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Foxglove West Facilities is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
