Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Freight and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We reward reliability. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
