Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Raleigh region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
