Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Field Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
