Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Sparrow Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with certifications.
