Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Ivory Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Pittsburgh, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
