Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group is a Philadelphia company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
