Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Orlando, FL)

Cedar Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Orlando region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
