Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Rowan Facilities looks after properties across the Orlando region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
