Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Orlando, FL)

Rivermark Beacon Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Orlando, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
