Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Fern Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Orlando, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
