Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
